HI OFFSITE, part of 30-year legacy of HI TOURS GROUP, specializes in corporate offsites, incentive travel, meetings and events across India and international destinations.
We are looking for a dynamic, well-networked and commercially driven Business Development Manager who can develop corporate relationships, acquire new accounts and convert opportunities into profitable, long-term business.

Key Responsibilities
∙ New Business Development: Identify, prospect and acquire new corporate clients for domestic and international offsites, incentives, meetings and events.
∙ Corporate Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with decision-makers across HR, Administration, Procurement, Marketing, Sales and CXO functions and build HI OFFSITE as their preferred MICE partner.
∙ Lead to Closure: Understand client briefs,



work with Product & Operations to create compelling proposals, make presentations, negotiate commercials and drive opportunities through to closure.
∙ Revenue & Profitability: Achieve agreed sales and gross-profit targets, while maintaining healthy margins and commercial discipline.
∙ Account Growth: Develop existing accounts through repeat business, cross-selling and upselling, while continuously identifying recent opportunities.
∙ Networking & Market Development: Build a strong corporate and industry network through direct outreach, referrals, industry events, associations and strategic partnerships.
∙ Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensure timely follow-ups, update CRM accurately and provide reliable sales forecasts and MIS.

What We Are Looking For
∙ 10+ years of corporate sales/business development experience, preferably in MICE, corporate travel, events, hospitality or incentive travel.
∙ Proven track
