About the Role
SnackMaster is looking for a hardcore, hunter-mentality Sales Associate to drive our vending machine placements across Hyderabad. This is a high-ownership, high-autonomy role for someone who thrives on cold calling, chasing leads, and closing deals — not managing inboxes. You'll own the entire sales lifecycle, from first contact to signed agreement to ongoing account relationship.
This is currently a one-person sales function — you'll be building the playbook as you go. As the business scales, there's a clear path to leading and building out your own sales team.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate current leads for vending machine installations, outright purchase, and rental/leasing deals across corporate offices, coworking spaces, institutions, and other high-footfall sites.
• Drive the full sales cycle — cold calling, pitching, meeting scheduling, negotiation, and closing.
• Conduct site visits for every qualified lead to assess feasibility (space, power, footfall, and site fit).
• Own each account end-to-end:



from lead generation through deal closure into ongoing relationship/account management.
• Maintain accurate lead and pipeline tracking (CRM discipline is non-negotiable).
• Represent SnackMaster professionally in client meetings and negotiations, including drafting/coordinating commercial terms and agreements.

What We're Looking For
• Proven hardcore sales background — comfortable with cold outreach and door-knocking, not just inbound leads.
• Strong closing instincts and negotiation skills.
• Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision — this role can operate from anywhere, as long as targets are hit.
• Willingness to travel extensively for site visits and client meetings.
• Entrepreneurial mindset — early team member with real potential to grow into a sales leadership role as SnackMaster scales.
• Prior experience in vending, B2B facilities/office solutions, HoReCa, or similar field-sales environments is a plus.
