Role Purpose

To lead and drive the Pan India sales strategy for the A to Z Brand within the ActivLife Division, ensuring achievement of revenue, prescription generation, market share, and profitability objectives. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing national sales plans, enhancing field force effectiveness, strengthening customer engagement, and delivering sustainable business growth across geographies.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Pan India sales performance and ensure achievement of annual and monthly business objectives.
• Deliver topline growth, prescription growth, and market share gains across the portfolio.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with division goals.
• Identify growth opportunities through market intelligence, competitive tracking, and field insights.
• Lead, coach, and develop a large field force organization across India.
• Drive productivity, coverage expansion,



and execution excellence.
• Establish robust review mechanisms to monitor performance and ensure achievement of business goals.
• Implement initiatives to improve territory productivity and sales effectiveness.
• Strengthen relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), physicians, specialists, and healthcare professionals.
• Drive prescription generation and improve doctor adoption of the brand portfolio.
• Expand customer reach and enhance engagement across target specialties.
• Ensure effective execution of promotional strategies and field marketing initiatives.
• Partner closely with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Commercial Excellence, Finance, Supply Chain, Training, and HR teams.
• Support successful product launches and lifecycle management initiatives.
• Provide actionable market feedback to shape portfolio and business strategies.
