About the Role:
Interactive Avenues, part of Omnicom Group is looking for a hands-on, delivery-focused Director – Biddable Media to lead the day-to-day operations of our centralized Biddable Media team and ensure consistent, high-quality execution across our Mumbai, Delhi, and Bangalore offices. This is a senior operational leadership role for an individual with deep, hands-on expertise across Paid Search, Paid Social, and other biddable platforms, combined with a proven track record of running large, multi-city teams and delivery engines.

As the Regional Delivery Lead for Biddable Media, you will be directly accountable for campaign quality, execution standards, and operational governance across offices — acting as the senior-most point of escalation for day-to-day delivery issues and ensuring every team, in every city,



meets the same bar of execution.

This role offers the chance to run a centralized, multi-city delivery practice for leading national and global brands, working closely with account management teams to ensure flawless execution at scale.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end execution quality for the centralized Biddable Media practice across Search, Social, and other biddable platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), Meta, LinkedIn, Snapchat, X (Twitter), and other platforms.
• Directly oversee campaign setup, trafficking, QA, optimization, pacing, and reporting across accounts to ensure consistent execution standards across Mumbai, Delhi, and Bangalore offices.
• Track and drive KPI performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, CPL, and overall media efficiency) across the regional portfolio, flagging and resolving issues proactively.
