Designation: Associate Director – Sales
Location: Bangalore

We are looking for an Associate Director – Sales to drive new business acquisition and build strategic partnerships with app publishers, growth teams, and marketing leaders across in South region

Key Responsibilities
• Drive new business development by identifying and onboarding high-potential app advertisers across categories such as fintech, gaming, e-commerce, and consumer apps.
• Own the end-to-end sales cycle — prospecting, pitching, negotiations, and closing deals.
• Build strong relationships with growth, marketing, and performance teams at leading app companies.
• Evangelize the value of Apple Ads and Newton’s technology platform for user acquisition and growth.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams including account management, optimization, and product to ensure strong campaign performance and client satisfaction.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Stay up to date with trends in the mobile advertising ecosystem,



particularly in performance marketing and iOS user acquisition.

Requirements
• 5–8 years of experience in B2B sales within the adtech / martech / mobile advertising ecosystem in India.
• Strong understanding of mobile advertising fundamentals, including performance marketing, user acquisition, and common industry terminologies.
• Proven track record of closing deals and building long-term client relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (both spoken and written).
• Confident, energetic, and highly extroverted personality with strong client-facing ability.
• A self-starter and go-getter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience selling to app marketers, growth teams, or digital marketing leaders is a robust plus.
