Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai for a Wirecut/Spark EDM Operator. The role involves operating and setting up Wirecut and Spark EDM machines according to production plans and component specifications. The operator will interpret technical drawings, select appropriate tooling and parameters, and monitor machining processes to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface quality.



Daily responsibilities include performing routine machine maintenance, inspecting finished parts with measuring instruments, and documenting production data. The role also requires working closely with the production and quality teams to meet delivery schedules, follow safety procedures, and support continuous improvement in machining processes.
Qualifications

• Solid skills in operating Wirecut and Spark EDM machines, including setup, parameter selection, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and technical specifications.
• Experience using precision measuring tools (e.g., micrometers, vernier calipers, gauges) for quality inspection.
• Knowledge of basic machining principles, materials, and manufacturing processes in a production environment.
• Understanding of industrial safety practices and adherence to standard operating procedures.
