About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Head – Purchase to lead the procurement function for our real estate and construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies, vendor management, cost optimization, negotiations, material planning, and ensuring timely availability of materials and services for ongoing and upcoming projects.
The ideal candidate should have robust experience in real estate, construction, infrastructure, or building materials procurement, with a proven track record of managing large-scale purchases and vendor networks.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the complete Purchase & Procurement function for real estate and construction projects.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project budgets, timelines,



and business objectives.
• Handle procurement of construction materials, finishing materials, MEP items, equipment, consumables, and other project requirements.
• Identify, evaluate, negotiate with, and develop reliable vendors, contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
• Build and maintain a strong vendor database and supplier network across key material categories.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, credit periods, delivery schedules, warranties, and other commercial terms.
• Drive cost optimization and value engineering initiatives without compromising quality and project timelines.
• Obtain and compare quotations, prepare comparative statements, and ensure commercial evaluation before finalization.
• Ensure purchase orders are issued accurately and in accordance with approved specifications and commercial terms.
