Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Application & Production Support professional with 3–6 years of experience supporting enterprise applications, with mandatory experience in AML applications/processes.
The candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Linux/Unix, SQL, and APIs, along with experience in production monitoring, incident management, application troubleshooting, batch/job monitoring, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide technical and operational support for AML / transaction monitoring applications.
• Monitor application availability, alerts, APIs, interfaces, scheduled jobs, and production parameters.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform initial investigation, impact analysis, and root-cause analysis.
• Use SQL for data validation, investigation, and troubleshooting.
• Use Linux/Unix commands for log analysis, application monitoring, and troubleshooting.




• Troubleshoot and validate REST APIs and API integrations.
• Monitor batch jobs and identify failures, exceptions, and operational issues.
• Perform daily EOD/EOM activities and production checks.
• Manage incidents, service requests, and user queries through ticketing tools.
• Coordinate with Application, Database, Infrastructure, Middleware, and other technical teams.
• Provide timely updates to users and stakeholders and escalate complex issues when required.
• Maintain support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
• Participate in BCP/DR drills and ensure adherence to SLAs and production support processes.

Required Experience & Skills
• 3–6 years of experience in Application Support / Production Support / IT Operations.
• Mandatory: Experience supporting AML applications/processes.
• Strong hands-on experience in Linux/Unix.
