Role Description The Production Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing the planning, setup, and execution of event production. This position manages production schedules, coordinates equipment and logistics from the warehouse to event venues, and supervises on-site crews to ensure timely,



high-quality delivery. The Production Manager collaborates closely with event planners, designers, and technical teams to translate concepts into practical production plans, including staging, lighting, audio-visual, and other technical requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include vendor coordination, resource allocation, quality control, risk management, and adherence to safety standards. The role also involves monitoring budgets, optimizing processes, and providing clear communication and leadership to ensure each event meets client expectations.
Qualifications

• Strong production and operations management skills, including scheduling, resource planning, and on-site coordination.
• Experience with event logistics, technical setups (staging, lighting, audio-visual), and equipment management in a live events environment.
• Proven leadership abilities with experience supervising
