This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional with 4+ years of experience who is passionate about business development, client engagement, and building long-term B2 B relationships. Job Details: Position: Business Development Executive Experience: 4+ Years Location: Hyderabad Qualification: Bachelor's Degree / B. Tech / MBA in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field Key Responsibilities:• Identify, develop, and convert new B2 B business opportunities• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients• Generate and qualify leads through market research, networking, outbound outreach, and referrals• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate EV charging solutions• Manage client meetings, product presentations, proposals, quotations, and follow-ups• Identify new markets, customer segments,



and opportunities to drive business growth• Explore and develop strategic partnerships and channel opportunities• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience• Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular updates on business opportunities• Achieve assigned business development and sales targets Preferred Skills:• 4+ years of experience in Business Development, B2 B Sales, or a related role• Experience in the EV, Electrical, Energy, Infrastructure, or related industry is preferred• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills• Good understanding of lead generation, customer acquisition, and B2 B sales processes• Strong follow-up and account management skills• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities when required Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PMWorking Days: Monday – Saturday Salary: As per industry standards / Based on experience Be
