Job Description
- Own the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting and lead generation through to negotiations and deal closure.
- Build and manage a target account portfolio to identify and secure recent business opportunities.
- Conduct structured outreach and develop relationships with prospective clients across multiple industries.
- Generate and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive business development activities.
- Develop tailored proposals, commercial solutions, and value propositions aligned to client requirements.
- Engage with CXOs, CHROs, and senior decision-makers to understand organisational challenges and objectives.




- Lead complex enterprise sales processes involving multiple stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout the client journey, delivering high-quality presentations and business cases.
- Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition, lead conversion, and account expansion initiatives.
- Lead commercial discussions, pricing negotiations, and contract finalisation activities.
- Partner with internal teams to support invoicing, collections, and revenue realisation.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and reporting metrics.

The Successful Applicant
- 5 years of experience in Corporate Sales, Business Development, Consulting Sales, SaaS Sales, HR Solutions, or related sectors.
- Proven track record in B2B consultative sales environments.
- Strong business development, solution-selling, and stakeholder management capabilities.
