The Opportunity
This is not a break-fix role. As a Security Infrastructure Engineer at ADRM, you will be embedded as a trusted technical expert for our clients, owning the health, performance, and continuous improvement of enterprise physical security systems across complex global environments.
You will partner daily with client stakeholders, IT teams, and systems integrators to ensure security infrastructure operates at its highest potential. You bring technical depth,
strong problem-solving skills, and a client-first mindset.
Requirements
What You’ll Do
• Own the daily management, monitoring, and optimization of Access Control and Video Management Systems (VMS) across client environments
• Manage service tickets end-to-end, from intake through resolution and quality inspection with a relentless focus on client satisfaction
• Prepare and deliver clear, actionable reports on system health and performance trends for client leadership
• Collaborate with ADRM teams, client IT departments, end users, and systems integrators to drive successful implementations and upgrades
• Proactively identify risks and improvement opportunities across client security platforms before they become problems
• Represent ADRM in client meetings and calls with technical credibility and strong skilled communication
• Support project management activities during system deployments and tech
