About this Role
We are seeking an experienced Oracle BRM Billing SME / Service Lead to provide end-to-end operational ownership of Billing and Revenue Management services. This role is responsible for ensuring reliable billing operations, bill run processing, invoice posting, call processing, discrepancy management, service transitions, production support, major incident recovery, automation initiatives and continual service improvement. The successful candidate will bring deep Oracle BRM expertise, robust telecom billing knowledge, experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices, and a passion for leveraging automation and AI-driven optimisation to improve operational efficiency. Based in Pune, this role will support business-critical billing platforms and services across complex telecom environments.
