About the Role
The Project Specialist – Project & Quality Assurance is responsible for supporting process and infrastructure requirements, coordinating project activities, and monitoring production processes. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely project deliveries, maintaining operational efficiency, and supporting cross-functional teams with project execution and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
• Manage project workbooks and documentation to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
• Coordinate project activities and ensure timely deliveries across teams.
• Monitor production processes and provide operational support to ensure smooth execution.

Secondary Responsibilities
• Support infrastructure and process-related requirements.




• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and resolve project-related issues.

What We Are Looking For
Education
• Graduation: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized institution.

Experience
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, process support, or quality assurance.

Skills and Attributes
• Basic understanding of project management and operational workflows.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage documentation and reporting effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
