Role Objective / Major Purpose of the Job
The Senior Executive is responsible for managing and ensuring effective execution of departmental activities in compliance with
cGMP, SOPs, regulatory requirements, and company quality standards. The role involves providing technical support, monitoring
operational excellence, ensuring timely completion of assigned activities, handling process improvements, and supporting cross-
functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Principal Tasks & Responsibilities
Execute API manufacturing activities as per approved Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Standard Operating Procedures
(SOPs).
-Plan, execute, and monitor departmental activities as per approved procedures, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
-Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, EHS, and applicable regulatory guidelines.
-Review and approve departmental documents, records, and reports as per defined procedures.
-Provide technical guidance and support to team members for smooth execution of operations.
-Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)



and ensure achievement of departmental targets.
-Identify process gaps and implement corrective and preventive actions for improvement.
-Coordinate with cross-functional departments such as Production, QA, QC, Warehouse, Engineering, and EHS for smooth
operations.
-Support preparation, review, and implementation of SOPs, protocols, reports, and controlled documents.
-Lead deviation investigations, root cause analysis, CAPA implementation, and effectiveness checks.
-Support validation, qualification, technology transfer, and process improvement activities.
-Ensure proper documentation practices and compliance with data integrity requirements.
-Participate in internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections.
-Review audit observations and ensure timely closure of CAPA actions.
