ROLE PURPOSE
The Business Development Manager (B2C) will be responsible for converting premium sales opportunities into successful business, building strong relationships with HNI customers and key influencers, and driving revenue growth within the assigned market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Business Development
- Convert premium leads into successful sales closures.
- Drive revenue and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Develop and execute effective territory-level sales strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

HNI & Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain robust relationships with HNI and high-value customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide consultative solutions.
- Ensure a premium customer experience throughout the sales journey.
- Develop long-term relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.

Sales Presentation & Deal Closure
- Conduct professional product presentations and customer consultations.
