Life on the team

You will join the Platform Security function within Cyber Operations, working at the centre of Computacenter's data security and governance capabilities. The team protects business data across critical systems and services by operating effective controls, improving security policies, and responding to emerging risks.

This is a highly team-oriented role with regular engagement across Platform Security, Data Security, Cyber Operations, GRC, BISO, Product Management, platform owners, the CTO function, vendors, and solution partners. You will combine hands-on technical leadership with people management, stakeholder influence, and continuous service improvement.

What you'll do

• Lead the day-to-day operation, governance, and continuous improvement of Data Loss Prevention capabilities and related data security tooling.

• Manage and optimise DLP policies, policy decisions, exclusions,



and exceptions in line with business and security requirements.

• Provide security guidance for solutions that protect Computacenter data across endpoints, cloud platforms, networks, and other critical systems and services.

• Ensure secure configuration standards for data loss protection and data exfiltration prevention are defined, implemented, and maintained.

• Review DLP alerts and events with the Data Security Lead, optimise policies, and ensure emerging risks are addressed promptly.

• Identify gaps in data protection across platforms and services, recommend improvements, and support effective remediation.

• Translate security requirements into practical policies, controls, and configurations within Microsoft Purview and associated technologies.

• Evaluate data security controls in the wider context of operational security, governance, risk, and compliance requirements.
