ROLE OVERVIEW
• The Enterprise Solutions Architect – AI & Automation shapes and designs enterprise AI and automation solutions from concept through to executable architecture.

• The role combines strategic thought leadership, strong solution architecture and clear communication — challenging assumptions,



identifying emerging opportunities and translating complex business problems into scalable, secure and pragmatic solutions.

• Working with Product, Engineering, Data and Delivery teams, the role establishes the right data, integration, security and governance foundations while accelerating delivery through reusable patterns, explicit guardrails and well-defined solution approaches.

As part of the Enterprise Technology Architecture team, the Enterprise Solutions Architect – AI & Automation provides architectural leadership for the adoption and scaling of AI and automation across Enterprise Technology.

It will
• Shape the strategic direction and architecture for AI, agentic and automation capabilities.

• Design end-to-end solutions across AI, data, integration, security and enterprise platforms.

• Act as a strategic thought partner, challenging assumptions and influencing technology direction.

• Translate emerging AI capabil
