Your Impact
Lead Cloud Applications Consultant serves as the trusted technical advisor, primary point of contact, and technical leader for a portfolio of strategic OpenText Cloud customers.The role combines deep technical expertise, customer engagement, cloud operations leadership, and technical governance. The TSM is responsible for driving customer success, platform health, operational excellence,



and long-term value realization across the entire customer lifecycle. Working closely with Customer Success, Cloud Operations, Engineering, Product Management, Skilled Services, and Support teams, the TSM ensures customers receive a proactive, connected, and outcome-focused experience.
