About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Controller to strengthen our finance and controllership function. You will own financial reporting, accounting operations, compliance, internal controls, and financial process automation. The ideal candidate brings strong technical accounting knowledge and the ability to build scalable financial systems in a fast-growing startup workplace.

What You'll Do
Financial Reporting & Accounting
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes

• Prepare financial statements in accordance with Ind AS





• Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting records

• Maintain chart of accounts and accounting policies

Controllership & Compliance
• Oversee statutory compliance including Companies Act, GST, TDS, and other regulatory filings

• Manage statutory, tax, and internal audits

• Work closely with external auditors and advisors

• Ensure strong internal financial controls

Financial Operations
• Manage AP, AR, payroll accounting, and expense management

• Oversee vendor payments and reconciliations

• Ensure timely closure of books and reconciliations

Financial Analysis & Management Reporting
• Build management reports, variance analyses, and financial dashboards

• Support budgeting and forecasting processes

• Prepare financial insights for leadership decision-making

Systems & Process Improvement
• Build and automate financial processes and reporting
