We are seeking a proactive and skilled Application Support/Technical
System Analyst to manage and enhance our vendor package applications,
specifically in Nostro Reconciliation and Signature Verification System. This
role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business
users to ensure seamless application performance and to drive system
improvements, Application requirement analysis, system design, programming and
testing of Banking Application Software Systems.

Requirements:

• Experience in Tungsten FraudOne Signature Verification System (SignBase & SignCheck)
• Proficient in gathering and analyzing Business Requirement, Technical & Functional Specification Design documentation, test case design.
• Knowledge of all phases of IT system development and implementation life cycle including Agile methodology.
• Knowledge in VB, .NET, Microsoft SQL Server, Windows, API integration is preferred.
• Strong and patient analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good inter-personnel and communication skills across a wide range of people




• Self-motivated and possess drive, and ability to work independently and a valuable team player
• Experienced in working with different teams on medium to complex regional channel systems will be an advantage.

Experience:
• 8 years or more in application support or business analysis within the banking or financial services sector.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with VB .NET familiarity with IBM MQ and database management systems like MSSQL etc.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
