the Associate, Incentive Compensation Administration will provide hands-on operational and data support for the accurate and timely administration of field incentive compensation (IC) plans. The role will execute recurring IC activities including data intake and validation, eligibility and crediting support, calculation review, payment-file preparation, reconciliations, reporting, and maintenance of participant and territory information in accordance with approved plan rules and established processes.
The Associate will work with multiple data sources to validate and reconcile IC-related information, perform quality-control checks, prepare recurring IC reports and scorecards, and support resolution of field inquiries related to eligibility, crediting, attainment, calculations, and payments.
