As an Assistant Manager Hygiene, you’re not just ensuring cleanliness and hygiene – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Responsibilities
Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:
• Strategic Planning & Compliance: Develop hygiene policies and ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Team Leadership & Training: Lead the hygiene team and provide ongoing training to maintain performance and standards.
• Cleaning Expertise: Apply knowledge of cleaning procedures, chemicals, and equipment to ensure effective practices.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor cleanliness and hygiene levels,
implementing quality control measures across all areas.
• Budget & Resource Management: Oversee hygiene supply budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Issue Resolution: Address hygiene-related concerns promptly to maintain a safe and sanitary setting.

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or certification in Food Science, Microbiology.
• Manager: Minimum of 3 yea
