Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can identify potential clients, build relationships, generate qualified opportunities, and convert them into projects or long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential local and international business clients

• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, networking, referrals, events, and other channels

• Understand client requirements and present suitable IT solutions and services

• Identify opportunities for new product development, MVPs, SaaS platforms, and custom applications

• Schedule discovery calls and meetings with prospects

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups





• Work closely with the technical team to understand requirements and create appropriate solutions

• Build and maintain a solid sales pipeline in Zoho CRM

• Follow up consistently with prospects and move opportunities toward closure

• Develop long-term relationships with clients and identify opportunities for additional services

• Research local businesses and identify technology problems that Jansoft Global can solve

• Achieve monthly lead-generation, meeting, and revenue targets
