Our products span subsurface interpretation, well construction planning, reservoir simulation, production optimization, and digital operations. These are tools used daily by engineers and scientists at the world’s largest energy companies and run as cloud-native SaaS platforms and as enterprise on-premises solutions.

Please note that this is a hybrid position, requiring three days per week in the Bangalore office.

About the Role

You join a delivery team and start writing production code immediately.



You build software with your team that oil and gas operators use every day for real decisions. You debug issues in systems that connect to live data, write features that operators depend on, and learn how professional software teams ship quality code at scale. Over time, you grow your technical skills and your understanding of the product domain, and you build the habits that make an engineer effective over the long term. We hire for potential and train for success.

Candidates must have a solid background and proven experience in the following areas:

• Java, Python, or .NET

• Angular or React

• Docker and Kubernetes PostgreSQL
