About the role:
FIS is seeking a RevOps Technology Strategist to help accelerate sales productivity and effectiveness by owning and optimizing a portfolio of Sales Technology tools. This role sits within Revenue Operations and partners closely with Sales, Enablement, IT, and external vendors to ensure our sellers are equipped, supported, and realizing value from the technology they use every day.
We’re looking for someone who is eager to build a current standard for RevOps within one of the largest Fintech businesses in the world. We are looking for a proactive self-starter, who thrives in environments with multiple cross-functional stakeholders with varying priorities. You can more than hold your own with the day-to-day requests,
but your real passion is digging deep, finding out the “why,” and providing insights to the Revenue Organization to make better decisions.
This is a hands-on, highly visible role for someone who is naturally curious, action-oriented, and excited to experiment with new tools — particularly AI-powered capabilities — to improve seller and personal productivity. You will play a key role in driving adoption, troubleshooting issues, and continuously improving how technology supports our go-to-market teams.
