The Senior Executive - Sales (Projects) will play a vital role in our L7 - IN - INDOASIAN - Project Sales department. This position requires a self-starter with a proven track record in sales and a deep understanding of the Bangalore market. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company.

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve project sales targets in South Bangalore.
• Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, conducting market research and staying updated on industry trends.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals, showcasing the company's value proposition.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a win-win outcome for both the company and the client.
• Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.




• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary actions.
• Stay updated on competitor activities and market dynamics, and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to the management team.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building a strong client base.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust.
