Overview
Execute quarterly and annual reporting vertical responsibilities (of the Insights Services Hub) for two categories (Cereals
and Juices).
Accelerate PepsiCo business growth by contributing to SA team for creating/updating dashboards, delivering periodic
and on-demand performance reviews, and addressing ad-hoc requests based on internal and external data sources.
These individuals will have short-term responsible for knowledge transfer from the business and flawless delivery of
recurring reports. Once established, they will execute optimization of the content and processes, including ad hoc
questions and overall automation of delivery.
Responsibilities
• Execute against team charter for Reporting & Analytics for SA Bread and Condiments
• Execute market, portfolio, and brand level reporting of marketing KPI performance (utilizing dashboards, templated decks, and reporting tools)
• Provide business performance explanations, incorporating considerations beyond data into the reporting

• Explain business performance, drivers, and optimization opportunities
• Monitor key channel, customer, competitor and emerging player performance and execute reporting at required intervals
• Provide deep dive analysis and responses to ad-hoc follow-ups when double-click required with tables/charts/stories using relevant data
• Support team efforts/agency interactions for some of the recurring work like AOP/JBP etc.
• Lead/Support Analytics presentations and reporting with Categoty team
• Support Reporting Lead/Sr. Managers/Managers deliver against needs articularted by Business Partners within the Hubs to address the business questions and process requirements
• Deliver against needs of stakeholders, requestors and end service users

• Support processes for output adherence and delivery to agreed scope – in line with the agreed timelines, aligned templates and content management
• Responsible for managing multiple priorities; being able to manage deadline
