Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate an e-invoicing implementation program across multiple European Union countries and multiple ERP environments.

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and governing project activities across business, functional, and technical teams. The role does not require hands-on solution design or technical implementation,



but the candidate must possess sufficient technical understanding to effectively coordinate with solution architects, developers, ERP teams, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, integration, testing, and production support teams.

The ideal candidate will have a stronga track record of managing complex, cross-functional IT projects, with excellent organization, communication, stakeholder management, risk management, and problem-solving capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Manage end-to-end project activities for the implementation of e-invoicing solutions across multiple EU countries and ERP platforms.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and resource requirements.

• Track project progress against committed timelines and proactively address schedule deviations.

• Monitor team capacity, competing priorities, dependencies, and resource constraints.
