Key Responsibilities





Software Asset & License Management * Manage and maintain software asset inventory and license entitlement data within the ITAM/SAM tool. * Monitor software license compliance and support remediation activities for any identified licensing risks. * Assist in managing the complete software lifecycle, including software requests, procurement, deployment, maintenance, renewals, and retirement. * Ensure software asset records remain accurate, complete, and up to date. Renewals & Vendor Management * Support software contract and renewal management activities across various software publishers. * Maintain software renewal calendars and proactively coordinate renewal activities with stakeholders. * Assist with software vendor engagement by providing licensing, utilization, and compliance information. * Support vendor discussions by preparing software entitlement, usage, and commercial data.
