Job Summary:

Senior Technicians are primarily expected to participate in ITIL processes Incident, Request, and Change.Senior Technicians are expected to resolve 80% or more, of all incidents assigned to them,



without requiring escalation to higher level resources.Senior technicians are expected to conduct all business communications in English including verbal and written.

Roles and Responsibility:

Relevant familiarity with NOC systems and tools such as ScienceLogic, ServiceNow.Cisco IOS and CLI, Aruba Central, FortiManager, Cisco Meraki, Cisco Umbrella, Cisco ISE, Palo Alto Prisma, Cisco Catalyst Center Manager, and similar enterprise vendor toolsets.Has relevant associate-level certification (CCNA or equivalent), working towards skilled level certification.Senior Technicians will have seat adherance requirements, and will be expected to maintain immediate availability to answer inbound calls from clients calling to report or follow up on new or existing tasks and tickets.Senior Technicians will be expected to successfully prosecute work, in order of priority, while adhering to committed service level agreements.Senior Technic
