We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Analyst - Traded Risk Analysis.
In this role, you will:
• Identify repeatable BAU Market Risk tasks (e.g., reconciliation checks, commentary drafting inputs, threshold alerts) and translate them into AI-automation opportunities with clear scope, advantages, and control requirements.
• Assist in building AI-enabled workflows using Python as the orchestration layer (data extraction,



feature preparation, model/LLM calls, output formatting) to reduce manual effort and turnaround time.
• Apply prompt engineering and structured output patterns (templates, JSON schemas, guardrails) to produce consistent, auditable AI outputs suitable for risk reporting and operational processes.
• Implement data quality and validation checks around AI pipelines (input completeness, exception handling, reasonableness tests) and document logic to support BAU controls and change governance.
• Support deployment and monitoring of AI automations (basic logging, performance drift flags, exception queues) and contribute to continuous improvement based on user feedback and incident learnings.
• Ownership of the front to back market risk data, analysis and reporting activities for the asset class, which is divided into Equities, Credit, Rates & FX, and Markets Treasury.
