Role Description

The Manager – Revenue Operations is a full time, on site role based in Mumbai. This person will make the whole sales function measurable,



and will support the sales organisation across every segment.

The role is measured on one number: forecast accuracy within ±10%, backed by a robust CRM data hygiene score, on time commission cycles and dashboards delivered on schedule.

Lexlegis.ai is building a sales organisation across corporates, government, law firms and practitioners, each with its own motion, cycle and pricing. None of it scales without clean data, an honest forecast and incentives paid on time. The Manager – Revenue Operations will own the CRM, the forecast, the numbers behind every quota and the dashboards that leadership runs the business on. This includes working with sales leadership and segment managers, Account Executives and team leaders across every segment, Finance on commissions, pricing and approvals, and Presales and Customer Success.

Day to day responsibilities include:
