About the role
The Procurement Executive is responsible for managing procurement activities, optimizing supplier relationships, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing strategies to support business objectives. The role requires a deep understanding of sourcing, contract negotiation, procurement analytics, and supplier performance management.



The candidate will work closely with internal teams such as supply chain, production, finance, and marketing to ensure a seamless procurement process aligned with company goals. This role will involve working with MRP (Material Requirements Planning), IBP (Integrated Business Planning), and Power BI to enhance decision-making and operational effectiveness
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Procurement & Data Analytics:
• Utilize Material Requirements Planning (MRP) tools in ERP systems to ensure material availability.
• Upgradation & roadmap to Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solutions for scenario planning
• Enhancement of SRM portals (P2P/ASN) for seamless visibility of RMPM/FG status with automated reconciliation modules
• Leverage Power BI and other analytics tools to generate procurement reports, track supplier performance, and monitor cost trends.
• Support digital transformation initiatives such as automation in procurement
