About the Role
We are looking for a CRM Executive to join our Growth Pod and work closely with the Central CRM, Growth, Product, Analytics and Creative teams to improve the journey of current users — from onboarding and activation to their first and second transaction.
This is a hands-on role focused on CRM campaign execution, user segmentation, journey management and performance optimization. You will work across multiple channels, monitor user behaviour and campaign performance, and support experiments that make communication more relevant and effective.

What You’ll Do
• Plan, set up and execute CRM campaigns across Push, In-App, WhatsApp, SMS, RCS and Email.

• Manage and optimize campaigns across the 0–30 day user lifecycle, including onboarding, activation, T1 and T1→T2 journeys.

• Create and maintain user segments based on lifecycle stage, behaviour, engagement, transaction history and campaign interactions.

• Set up automated journeys, campaigns and communication flows on platforms such as MoEngage, CleverTap, Braze or similar CRM tools.





• Work with the Growth Pod to identify user drop-offs, engagement gaps and opportunities for improving conversion.

• Support A/B tests and experiments across messaging, creatives, channels, timing, frequency and journey sequencing.

• Monitor campaign performance and key funnel metrics such as delivery, open rate, CTR, conversion, activation, T1 and T2 movement.

• Analyse campaign and user-level data to identify trends and actionable insights.

• Coordinate with Creative and Content teams to develop relevant communication and campaign assets.

• Ensure campaigns are launched accurately and on time, with proper audience selection, targeting, scheduling and QA.

• Maintain campaign calendars, documentation and performance reports.

• Continuously identify opportunities to improve engagement, activation and repeat transactions.

What We’re Looking For
