Role & responsibilities
• 6+ years of Java development experience for the backend role.
• Strong proficiency in Spring Boot, Spring MVC and Spring Security.
• Solid React JS and JavaScript/TypeScript experience for the frontend role, including modular, scalable application development.
• Knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation; experience integrating REST, JSON, OAuth and GraphQL services.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases and Kafka-based event-driven architectures.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD tools, Git and testing frameworks/methodologies.
• Experience delivering responsive, pixel-accurate UI aligned with UX/UI guidelines and design systems.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, ownership, proactive communication and English communication skills.
• Relevant exposure to GenAI,



data analysis, Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop and maintain high-performance server-side applications, APIs and React JS frontend applications.
• Build clean, modular, scalable and maintainable codebases using Java/Spring and React JS/JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Integrate user-facing elements with secure backend logic through REST APIs, GraphQL, JSON and OAuth.
• Deliver responsive, pixel-accurate interfaces aligned with UX/UI guidelines and design systems.
• Optimize backend and frontend applications for speed, scalability, reliability and performance.
• Implement security and data-protection measures to safeguard sensitive information.
• Drive code quality through automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, peer reviews and engineering best practices.
• Monitor applications, troubleshoot issues and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, DevOps and
