About the Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Lead to build and own the marketing function from the ground up.
Reporting directly to the founders, you will define the marketing strategy while staying deeply involved in execution across brand, content, social, performance marketing, SEO, partnerships, and distribution.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who understands consumer behaviour, has strong cultural instincts, and knows how to build a brand and audience from scratch.




You will initially operate hands-on and eventually build and lead the marketing team as the company scales.

What you'll own

• Go-to-market and distribution strategy: Build and execute an integrated strategy across paid acquisition, organic growth, SEO, social, content, brand, and partnerships.
• Brand and positioning: Shape how the brand shows up across channels and build a distinctive identity that resonates with a young consumer audience.
• Content and social: Own the editorial calendar and content strategy across Instagram, Reels, and emerging platforms.
• Performance marketing: Manage acquisition budgets across Meta and other paid channels with accountability for CAC, ROAS, experimentation, and scale.
• Cultural and brand partnerships: Identify relevant creators, brands, communities, IPs, and experiential opportunities that can expand reach and strengthen the brand.
