We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Automation Specialist to drive lead generation, customer engagement, and marketing operations through automation. The ideal candidate will have experience building automated workflows, executing email campaigns, managing audience segmentation, and optimizing the customer journey using platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Constant Contact, or similar tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Automation & Platform Management

• Configure, manage, and optimize marketing automation platforms.
• Integrate marketing automation tools with websites, CRM systems, forms, and social media channels.
• Create and maintain automated workflows that support lead generation, lead nurturing,



and customer retention initiatives.

Email Marketing & Campaign Execution

• Create, deploy, monitor, and optimize email marketing campaigns.
• Develop audience segmentation strategies using static and energetic lists.
• Manage list hygiene, database standardization, unsubscribe management, and data integrity.
• Ensure campaigns follow email marketing best practices and compliance requirements.

Lead Nurturing & Lead Management

• Design and execute targeted lead nurturing journeys across multiple touchpoints.
• Create and optimize lead scoring models to improve lead qualification and sales readiness.
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead conversion rates.

Landing Pages, Forms & A/B Testing

• Create landing pages, forms, and conversion-focused campaign assets.
• Conduct A/B testing on email campaigns, landing pages, subject lines, CTAs, and workflows.
