About the Opportunity

We are looking for a visionary and execution-focused co-founder and CMO to join the founding team of AI-QuantIC Insights and build India's AI-silicon brand from Hyderabad to the world. This is a true entrepreneurial prospect for someone who wants to commercialize deep tech—FPGA IPs, open-source RISC-V SoCs, MIPI imaging + AI pipelines, and V2X platforms—not just market software.
The ideal candidate has 15+ years in semiconductors, SoC, hardware, or EDA/IP, with MNC discipline and startup hunger. Beyond marketing leadership, the CMO acts as a strategic partner to the CEO, owns the ecosystem narrative (T-Hub, ISM/DLI, foundries, and OEMs), and helps shape fundraising and partnerships.
This is an equity-based co-founder role. There is no salary at this stage—the company is in an early growth phase. The candidate should be financially comfortable with an equity-first model and committed to long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand & Narrative Leadership

• Define and execute the company's long-term brand, positioning, and messaging strategy.
• Translate complex silicon/IP engineering into compelling stories for OEMs, developers, partners, analysts, and investors.
• Lead thought leadership: white papers, application notes, case studies, blogs, videos, and executive communications.

Product Marketing & Go-to-Market

• Partner with Engineering and Business Development on launches for IPs, EVMs, and design services.
• Build sales enablement: datasheets, solution briefs, pitch decks, and competitive battle cards.
• Own market and competitive intelligence across automotive, industrial, and edge-AI segments.
