Role Overview:

We are looking for an Investment Coach with working knowledge of mutual funds and investment fundamentals to engage clients, analyze their portfolios, and guide them towards suitable investment opportunities. This role is suited for candidates who already understand core investment concepts and can hold informed conversations with clients about their money.





Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

• Make 250+ dialed calls per day to potential and existing clients to generate leads and drive investment conversations.
• Achieve approximately 3 hours of talk time daily, focusing on understanding client requirements and discussing investment opportunities.
• Drive monthly and quarterly business targets through proactive client outreach and effective conversion of prospects.
• Identify opportunities to generate additional investments from existing clients based on their financial needs.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular and meaningful engagement.
• Understand clients' financial goals, investment preferences, and risk appetite.
• Provide personalized guidance to help clients make informed investment decisions.
