Summary

As Associate, Circle U Short Term Programs, you will play a pivotal role in the end to end implementation of operations for Circle U, Short Term Programs and different stakeholders involved in the process. You will work closely with the Senior Manager to create, lead and implement well defined processes essential for successful program implementation.

By 2033, Circle U aims to become a reputable School of Education, preparing 3,000+ educators with the capabilities to reinvent learning. This role is a rare opportunity to help shape that institution at its founding stage.

Circle U is entering Year 2 of operations. This is a build-from-the-ground-up phase: systems are still being shaped, quality benchmarks are being defined, and the long- term identity of the program is being forged.

As part of the Circle U founding team, this role is for someone who is energised by the pace, complexity, and ambiguity of a start-up workplace within a mission-driven organization.

As Associate, Circle U Short Term Programs, you will wear multiple hats to implement logistics, finance,



data collection and stakeholder support.

Responsibilities

Program Operations & Coordination

• Keep the engine running. Support and execute project plans — breaking big ideas into smooth, phase-wise action. You’ll coordinate with multiple stakeholders to make things happen, on time and with intention.
• Track what matters. Support our internal monitoring and evaluation systems, keep databases tidy, and make sure we have the right information to make the right decisions.
• Keep the finances flowing. Help make sure our invoicing, disbursals, and payment tracking are accurate, timely, and clean.

Communications, Partnerships & Engagement

• Be the voice of the Short Term Programs. Help deliver timely, thoughtful communication to program participants so they feel informed, engaged, and excited throughout their journey with us.
