ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM

We are looking for an experienced Lead Developer to provide technical leadership across the design, development, delivery and support of enterprise digital solutions.
The role requires someone who can think beyond individual applications, understand the end-to-end solution, and work across development,



architecture, QA, DevOps, infrastructure and support teams.
We are looking for a Lead Developer who thinks beyond the code — someone who considers the complete journey from:
User → Application → API → Integration → Database → Infrastructure → Production → Support
and takes ownership of delivering solutions that are reliable, secure, maintainable and production-ready.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Provide technical leadership, guidance and mentoring to development teams.
• Design and develop scalable, secure and maintainable enterprise solutions.
• Understand and troubleshoot systems end-to-end, from application and APIs through to databases, infrastructure and production.
• Lead technical design, code reviews and engineering best practices.
• Support production incidents, root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with DevOps and infrastructure teams on deployment, monitoring
