About the Prospect:
We are hiring a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for one of the portfolio projects of Cequire Capital.
We are looking for an experienced Web3 marketing leader with a strong track record of working specifically with token-based projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building token positioning, driving distribution, increasing market adoption, developing strategic relationships, and representing projects across major industry events.

This is a leadership role for someone who understands both the strategic and execution sides of taking a token project to market and building long-term visibility, credibility, community, and adoption.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute the overall marketing and go-to-market strategy for the token project.
• Define and strengthen the project's token positioning, messaging, narrative, and market differentiation.
• Build strategies to increase token visibility, distribution, awareness, and adoption across relevant markets.
• Identify and develop partnerships with Web3 companies, exchanges, ecosystems,



communities, KOLs, media, and other strategic stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships across the crypto, blockchain, investor, exchange, and Web3 ecosystem.
• Represent the project at major blockchain and crypto events, conferences, summits, and networking sessions.
• Participate in panel discussions, speaking engagements, interviews, and industry events to strengthen the project's market presence.
• Build an effective network of founders, investors, exchanges, market participants, communities, and industry leaders.
• Develop strategies to drive market adoption, user growth, community growth, and ecosystem expansion.
• Work closely with leadership, business development, product, community, PR, and partnership teams.
• Oversee digital marketing, community marketing, content, PR, influencer/KOL campaigns, events, partnerships, and brand communication.
