As we expand our business, we are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us connect with the right organisations and create new business opportunities.

• About the Role

As our SDR, you will play an important role in building Road Rakshak’s sales pipeline. You will research potential clients, identify key decision-makers and initiate meaningful conversations through LinkedIn, email and phone outreach.
You will work closely with the Founder and management team to understand customer requirements and develop qualified business opportunities.

• Key Responsibilities

• Research potential companies and identify relevant decision-makers
• Connect with prospects through LinkedIn, email and phone
• Personalise outreach based on the prospect’s business




• Understand initial client requirements and identify potential opportunities
• Follow up consistently and schedule qualified meetings
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations and next steps
• Share market feedback and prospect insights with the management team

• What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, inside sales, lead generation or a similar customer-facing role
• Robust spoken and written English
• Confidence in connecting with new people and senior professionals
• Good research, communication and follow-up skills
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, email and basic CRM or lead-tracking tools
• An organised, persistent and positive approach to work
• Willingness to learn and take ownership
• Based in Chennai and comfortable working from the office
