• 8+ years of experience in Product Management / Product Ownership / within financial services.
• Strong hands-on experience in the Corporate Actions domain.
• Experience working with capital markets, securities processing, asset servicing, or investment banking platforms.
• Strong understanding of Corporate Action lifecycle and downstream impacts on securities and accounts.
• Experience creating and managing product backlogs and prioritizing features.
• Strong experience writing epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
• Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to work effectively with technology, operations, product, and business teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of SQL and ability to perform basic data analysis.
• Experience working with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile/product management tools.
• Exposure to regulatory and market-practice requirements related to Corporate Actions.
