Job overview

The Data Operations leader will be responsible for strengthening the data-management capabilities and ensuring that SFDC is accurate, complete, consistent, governed, and fit for purpose. The role will lead data quality, governance, process improvement, and automation initiatives while managing and developing the Data Operations team.
The individual will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Technology, Analyst, and other business teams to establish scalable processes, improve data accessibility, and support reliable decision-making.



The role will also identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve data quality, efficiency, and operational outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the Data Operations strategy and roadmap
• Establish organization-wide data governance, ownership, standards, and controls
• Oversee CRM data quality, master data, enrichment, and lifecycle management
• Develop scalable processes and introduce automation and AI-enabled solutions
• Monitor operational performance, risks, capacity, and service delivery.
• Collaborate and influence across Sales, Marketing, Technology, RevOps and Analyst teams
• Lead technology, vendor, and transformation initiatives related to data operations
• Manage, develop, and realign the team as the operating model evolves
• Present performance, risks, resource needs, and investment recommendations to senior leadership
