Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Application Manager with a strong technical foundation to manage a portfolio of enterprise and Pharma applications. This role combines Application Management Services (AMS), application lifecycle governance, stakeholder coordination, operational service ownership, and awareness of GxP controls applicable to regulated applications.
The successful candidate will ensure application stability, compliant change execution, service performance, lifecycle planning, and effective coordination across business, quality, technical, infrastructure, security, and vendor teams.
Ideal Profile: A technically grounded application skilled who can connect service operations, lifecycle decisions, compliance expectations, and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Application Service Ownership
• Own end-to-end operational management of assigned applications and act as the primary coordination point for service delivery.
• Oversee incidents, service requests, problems, changes, releases, knowledge, and recurring operational activities.




• Monitor service levels, operational health, risks, dependencies, and improvement actions.
• Coordinate major incident response, technical troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and follow-through on corrective actions.

2. Application Lifecycle Management
• Manage the application lifecycle from onboarding and transition through BAU support, upgrades, roadmap planning, and retirement.
• Maintain application inventory, ownership, support model, lifecycle status, technical dependencies, documentation, and operational readiness.
• Coordinate patching, upgrades, releases, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support with relevant teams.
• Identify technical debt, end-of-life risks, support gaps, and opportunities for modernization or simplification.
