Job Description:
• Management Dashboard MIS & Reporting: Preparation and maintenance of the Technical Team’s monthly performance dashboard and key operational metrics. Preparation and consolidation of Daily MIS, APF MIS, TAT MIS, Active Vendor MIS and Billing MIS for timely circulation to internal, business and vendor teams.
• APF & Performance Monitoring: Conducting monthly reviews and monitoring APF activities, turnaround times and overall process performance.
• Self-Construction Monitoring for Tranche & Compliance
• Subsequent Initiation & Updation:



Monitoring and maintaining MIS related to subsequent technical activities, ensuring timely initiation and updation.
• Vendor Management: Coordinating vendor meetings, training programs and performance reviews; facilitating business team training through structured MIS and reporting.
• Centralised Repository: Conducting quarterly validation of the centralised technical repository to ensure data accuracy, completeness and compliance.
• NHB Audit Facilitation: Coordinating and facilitating NHB audits, including data preparation, documentation and closure of audit observations.
• Audit & Quality Control: Driving hygiene audits, sampling exercises and quality checks to identify process gaps and ensure compliance.
• NPA Cases Valuation
• Hindsight Analysis: Conducting monthly hindsight activities to identify trends, process gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Policy Review: Supporting period
