Summary:
The IAM (Identity & Access Management) Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing daily IAM service delivery, ensuring secure and efficient identity lifecycle management across the enterprise. The role manages a team of IAM analysts/engineers, drives operational excellence, ensures compliance with security policies, and partners with technology and business teams to maintain a strong access governance posture.

Roles & Responsibilities:
-Must have collaborates and manages the team of 50+ to perform:
-Understand project financials P&L.;




- Implement AI automations and easy adoption to AI for use cases which require manual work.
- Governance and present Weekly, monthly and quarterly security reports to the stakeholders.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of security strategies that protect cloud infrastructure and data assets.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure alignment on security objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
- Must Have Skills: Cybersecurity Delivery for various security functions (IAM, IGA, PAM, EDR, Vulnerability Management, Threat Hunting, Network Security).
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity princip
