As part of the Partner Support Team, you will be responsible for supporting our Authorised Persons (APs) and partners and ensuring a smooth partner experience. You will be the first point of contact for partner queries related to trading, accounts, payouts, policies and operational processes. You will work closely with teams such as Operations, Technology,



Compliance, Customer Support and Relationship Managers to ensure timely resolution of queries and issues. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships and providing high-quality partner support while working in a rapid-paced financial services environment.

What You’ll Do

• Handle calls, chats and emails from APs and partners related to trading, accounts, policies and operational queries.
• Provide accurate and timely information on margins, payouts, account opening, compliance requirements and processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Operations, Technology, Compliance and RMs to resolve partner queries and issues.
• Track and resolve partner queries and complaints within defined SLAs and TATs.
• Keep partners updated on system enhancements, regulatory changes, product launches and process updates.
• Assist partners in using trading
